What’s included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes:
- Overnight accommodations for Sunday, March 1 and Monday, March 2
- $329 nightly resort credit per person (valid toward select spa services, private sessions, and activities)
- All meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—plus non-alcoholic beverages at Hilltop Crossings Kitchen
- Complimentary smoothies and snacks at The Nest
- Access to Miraval’s daily complimentary activities (based on availability; fee-based classes not included)
- Miraval and Innersense swag

Do I need to book my own travel to Austin?
Yes — attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel to Austin, Texas.
How do I get from the airport to Miraval?
We recommend using Miraval’s complimentary shuttle from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) (about 45 minutes).
- Reservations are required
- Complimentary shuttles run hourly from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- If you’re arriving outside of shuttle hours, please still submit your flight details so we can help coordinate options

What are check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
At the property gate, you’ll provide your name to enter.
What should I know about Miraval before I arrive?
- Meal reservations: At check-in, you’ll select meal reservation times. Dinner seatings require reservations, and times may shift based on availability for our group.
- Miraval Mode: Miraval is a digital device–free environment in most public spaces. Technology is welcome in your room and designated areas. Learn more: Here
- Private resort: Miraval is a closed campus. Only registered guests may access the property (no outside guests).
Do we receive resort credits?
Yes — each guest will receive $329 resort credit per person, per night for our 2026 event.
Can I arrive early or stay later?
Yes — based on availability, Founders Summit attendees may book a special group package rate of $577/night, which includes $175 in resort credits, for up to two days before and two days after the event.To request an extended stay call 512.531.5700
How do I make dinner reservations?
We encourage you to reserve dinner times in advance:
- Email AUSOB-Instay.ExperiencePlanners@miravalresorts.com, or
- Visit the Experience Planning team onsite (Arrival Center or Hilltop Crossings host stand)
Want to meet new people? Ask about Community Dining at 6:30 PM or 8:30 PM.
Is there a dress code? What should I pack?
Welcome Party theme: Auric — bold color gradients that reflect your truest self.
There’s no official dress code — come casual, comfortable, and fully yourself.
If you plan to attend yoga, fitness classes, hikes, or swim time, pack accordingly. And as always, save a little extra room in your bag — there will be Innersense + Miraval goodies.
When can I book spa services, activities, and private sessions?
Once you have your reservation confirmation number from Miraval you can use their online booking portal. Please email Austin.ExperiencePlanning@miravalresorts.com for any questions.
